- It is our goal to provide a peaceful atmosphere where our clients can relax in both body and spirit, therefore we are unable to provide accomodations for children not receiving services under the age of 13.
- We request that all cellphones be silenced during services.
- We strive to provide you with the ultimate in relaxation, therefore, it is imperative that you honestly answer all pertinent health questions during your consultation.

- Notes: We require at least 1 business day's notice for individual appointment cancellation or 2 business day's notice for bridal package cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if this request is ignored. All no-show appointments will be charged the full service fee without 24 hours' notice. ( We understand that there are emergency situations and these will be considered if we are made aware of them in a timely manner.)
-Cancellation fees: $25.00 for cancellation of individual same day service. $100.00 for Bridal Parties with less than 2 days notice.
-Parties of 4 or more will be assessed a 15% gratuity charge.
- Please respect our non-smoking environment.
-Clients possessing a Gift Certificate who misses a confirmed appontment will forfeit 25% for their certificate.
